Had to follow up myself to get important info about costs and what to bring in. Went in on time but was made to wait an hour and a half to see a nurse to take blood pressure etc before my surgery. My main over night nurse was terrible and didn’t even know how to check my blood pressure, the other 3 nurses I had for very short amounts of time were great. I filled out the form for 2 meals as I had an overnight stay and they got both completely wrong to the point not 1 part of the meals were correct. I checked the box for a private room and I got a shared room with an obnoxious patient and couldn’t sleep the whole night. I was discharged with little instructions on what to do and avoid etc and even the little info I got was wrong. I then had to pay an additional $68 for pain meds which I’ve never had to do at a private hospital.

I was in the store for a flu shot and have only good things to say. The pharmacist who gave me the shot was professional and competent. I had the opportunity while I waited to observe a young man who I think was a tech (white male with long dark hair) answer the phone and wait on people. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful to everyone he interacted with. It was great to hear someone sound like each customer was the most important person and their needs equally important. I hope management will pass this on to these employees.

교통은 편리한 곳! 음식맛도 그런대로 괜찮은 편, 근데 장례식장 음식담당하시는 분들... 무작정 음식을 넘치게 가져다 청구하고, 쓰레기는 봉지에 설렁설렁 담아 개수 늘려 청구하시고, 유족 직장에서 준 장례용품은 거의 안쓰고 돈 내야하는 그곳 장례용품 쓰고 청구 많이 하시는 분들! 장례 치르면서 뭐라고 따질 수 없어 그냥 왔는데 1인당 장례식장에서 먹은 음식비가 예식장 음식비 수준으로 나왔다면 이해 가시나요?

I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to this time. From beginning to end our experience with Tops Roofing this week was outstanding! Why do I say this? Some real examples. First, flexibility. They accommodated a last minute change in our schedule; performing the work one month ahead of time. Second, excellent job-site clean-up. You couldn't tell they had just put on a brand new roof on our house. Third, the quality of their work is amazing; I've already had several of my neighbors comment on how great our new roof looks! Goede bioscoop, jammer genoeg nu lastig of ver parkeren vanwege werkzaamheden parkeerplaatsen lijken ook niet terug te komen. Centraal gelegen naast station en hele goede geluids systemen in de grote zalen Wel is het eten altijd enorm duur daardoor als je 2x popcorn klein haalt samen met 2 wijn kleine flesjes en een bier 0.45 ben je al 25 euro kwijt dat is zo rond de 5 euro per stuk gemiddeld Dit zou goedkoper mogen dan zouden meer mensen er gebruik van maken.

The campus is good, but the administration of most departments are extremely incompetent in setting time tables or in providing any student support for that matter. There are a lot of canteens, the people are good, but the extent of redundancy and bureaucracy prevalent in the university is appalling. If flexibility is of significance to you this might not be the university to enroll in. That being said if you require someone enforcing change to improve and lack self discipline the environment would be ideal.

First time here, came as a party of two. As most cafes you order pay and then seat yourself. I ordered an orange blossom tea and they iced it for me. The second half of my party ordered herself an iced dirty chai. The drinks were perfect! To go we ordered a chocolate peanut butter cupcake and an individual key lime pie. The place is pleasant and the person who took our order was nice, didn't rush us, and helpful! Thank you. I will be back for sure.

Outstandingly tasty and refreshing menu, happy and confident staff with an amazingly unique and relaxed décor. So lets break it down: Atmosphere: What a great little place! Nice Maître D’ serving station when you entre; however considering the space, it seems a little bulky and takes away from the open café like open seating area. It has an eclectic feel but it works with the brick-work and the big bay windows provide an amazing natural light and gives the front serving tables an amazingly warm feel. I haven’t been to a place that offers mix of a café, lounge and outdoor serving but this place just makes it work and uses the space brilliantly. Well done! Plus – who ever was responsible for that playlist in the background – great choice in background music! Customer Service: Couldn’t fault it! It was outstanding! Greeted respectfully at door, shown to our reserved table with chilled water already on the table, along with menus and drinks menu prepared. Order was taken within 5-10 minutes, entrée served within 10 minutes, mains about 10 minutes after. We were asked after our food and the plates were cleared timely and professionally. Every one of the staff, were so well mannered, charming and seemed so happy to be there. Really made the experience. Food: Entrée: Mushroom Bruschetta (split between two); Mains: Chicken Parma and the Confit Pork Belly (chef special) 2 non-alcoholic drinks Average $30 per person – with entrée – more for chef specials and alcoholic drinks - Mushroom Bruschetta – It was hard not to select some of the other entrees but this was a perfect split entrée for 2 people. It had beautifully rich flavour, vegan egg (new experience for me) and the balsamic vinegarette was just light enough compliment the dish. - Chicken Parma – Excellent! Nicely smoked ham, cooked perfectly, wasn’t over-crumbed and was not an over bearing size. In saying that, you didn’t feel like you were short changed on the dish at all. Additionally, you have to try these chips! They were so light, fluffy but crisp – I almost re-order them by themselves! - Confit Pork Belly – As much as I was hesitant that pineapple caramel was the sweetener in this dish, it worked so amazingly well. More to the point, when mixing the pineapple, asparagus, rice, pickled radish and pork belly together is was such a great mix of flavours not normally found in the regular household. Outstanding! Overall: I was researching places in Rye to visit and the recommendations here are extremely well deserved. Definitely give this place a try, we walked away overwhelmingly satisfied. Quán đẹp và có phòng cách kiểu Sài Gòn xưa. Vị trí trung tâm quận 1, ngay góc Đồng Khởi và Ngô Đức Kế, lối lên ở hướng Ngô Đức Kế. Thức uống ngon, giá ở quận 1 vậy cũng hợp lý. Thường thì quán lúc nào cũng đông. Ngoài thức uống còn có nhiều món ăn vặt. Ở đây bạn nào thích chụp ảnh thì cũng có nhiều góc đẹp. Điểm trừ là quán phục vụ ly nhựa thì không có yêu môi trường.

Bom, também fiz um teste para trabalhar nesse lugar, no inicio foi legal más depois se tornou péssimo, a gerente trata todos com muita falta de consideração, ate com os velhos funcionários, fui muito mal recepcionada por ela que me tratou com falta de educação, nao me auxiliou e veio de gracinha com minha cara. Sai de lá me sentindo um lixo, e quando sai nem o próprio chefe sabia o que estava acontecendo. A gerente me pediu pra retornar na terça feira, eu fui uniformizada e ela ficou com cara de tacho e me mandou ir embora de novo. Mesmo antes do próprio chefe saber, os funcionários de outro horário já sabia da minha demissão e ficaram falando mal. Eu acho que o respeito devia ser para com os funcionários também, não so com os clientes. As únicas pessoas que me trataram super bem foram duas cozinheiras (que tem ótimas mãos na cozinha pra fazer comida),uma moça da limpeza, e a mulher que ficava na recepção que aliás saiu pela falta de educação da gerente. É sério, me decepcionei também pelo fato dela não gostar de mim por achar que eu tenho cara fechada, primeiramente... Estou la para fazer o meu trabalho profissionalmente, segundo... Eu não tenho obrigação nenhuma de ficar rindo pra gente cínica. É isso, beijinhos. A, a comida de la é otimaaaaaa. A unica coisa que não presta la é a gerente.

実家のアップライトピアノ移送でお世話になりました。最初の問い合わせメール・見積対応良く、当日の作業も慣れている様子で、丁重かつスピーディーでした。和室なので事前に補強ボードを買っていて、置いて欲しい場所にも細かく位置合わせしてくれたりで大変満足でした（◞‿◟）。 星4にしたのは、前日連絡で到着時間の幅が3時間あり、当日早めに実家に着いたら、トラックも予定時間より早く到着(笑)。早めに実家来て、準備と掃除しようと思っていたのでバッタバタ。直前に自宅に連絡あった様で、自分は移動中(運転中)だったから確認出来なかったぞね(´Д｀) 。

I love the team here. Everytime I take my cat in they are always very pleasant and polite. Their follow ups calls are tremendous, I honestly make them work harder unintentionally as they will call back untill I'm able to answer. That's customer service like I've never experienced. Dr Gulley is amazing, I trust her completely and know my cat is getting the best care and treatment there is with her and her team.

It's extremely important to entrust your financial planning to someone trustworthy and without hidden agendas. Raghu has been upfront about everything and has never pushed us into anything. He's always laid out the options along with pros & cons and let us make _informed_ decisions. I keep pestering him with questions and he's always been patient and more importantly has provided clear answers and explanations. We've been associated with FinSim for almost a year now and when I look back in the rear-view mirror, my finances and prep for future and retirement look to be moving in the right direction. I was here a while ago. Their pizza was dry and slightly birnt on the bottom. Wasnt impressed. Then i go back, decided to get chipotle for myself before getting house mates pizza here and then i get a big sticker that blocks out driverside window with a warning saying parking was only for thier customers. I was only gone a few minutes. This sticker was a saftey hazzard and to drive bay with my window down. Way to treat your customers..

Before I went to Smyle, for me going to the hairdressers was like some people's fear of going to the dentist. I dreaded it. However, that has changed all thanks to Chloe at Smyle. Seven weeks ago I walked into Smyle without an appointment and they were able to fit me in. I had just below shoulder length hair and wanted it all cut off. Chloe was great she took time to go through the pros and cons and she really made me feel at ease. I actually had a really short hair cut done. The style was just what I wanted. The cut was great and she made that much of an impression I made an appointment for last Saturday and had a trim. That has never been heard of for me before now. Usually I would go 9 months to a year before getting up the courage to make an appointment. Thanks to Chloe and all the staff at Smyle I no longer dread going to the hairdressers. I cannot praise their service and friendliness enough.

I went in to get a 60 minute makeup service today and the way I was treated was horrible. I had a *3:30* appointment and my makeup wasn’t started until 4:00 pm. Listen if you come in here for a makeup appointment and you really need it done for a special occasion, bring your makeup bag. My reservation made it clear it was for my birthday. Yeah they still wasted my time. The reason given was that they saw 3:45 on their end. My confirmed appointment text clearly states 3:30 And guess what? My makeup still wasn’t started at 3:45! That actually would have been still been ok. At the end of the day, my makeup artist took a *walk in* eyebrow appointment, when I had a confirmed appointment which actually costs more. Not logical. No idea why a business would operate that way. My makeup came out great, but the experience was frustrating. I left a time cushion so I would not cut it close for dinner and they really treated me like my time didn’t matter. The staff member who manages the reservations in the make up service section actually tried to get me to pay and tip *before the service*. Out of control. Adding insult to injury. This is my fourth makeup service in a Sephora (including one in that very Sephora), no one ever asked me to pay and tip beforehand. If you buy that it’s to make it easier for you to leave quickly afterwards, well that’s on you. When it comes to paying, all of a sudden, my time is important? This was my first time getting full face, and I never plan to again despite liking my makeup. They are not professional, and lack time management and customer service skills. The ETA given was not accurate. Don’t tell me it’s a ten minute wait when it’s a 25 minute wait. Btw I don’t need an employee on the side telling me how great the makeup is coming along. It’s patronizing. I have my own eyes. If they do it to you, 1) have your makeup bag and use their nice mirrors and lighting to do your own makeup 2) don’t pay beforehand. It makes no sense. 3) If you were going to do any extras like eyelashes, don’t. Just do mascara and keep it moving. Don’t give them more money when they don’t value your time. If it wasn’t a special occasion, I would have just done focus feature eyes or nothing at all. They got lucky today. Maybe they saw it was my birthday and figured that I’d have a higher tolerance for nonsense. I just wonder because the whole thing didn’t make sense. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Not even an extra freebie bday gift which is funny because I’ve been given an extra one of those when I was not greatly inconvenienced. Ironic. Hope I saved someone frustration and unnecessary stress on their birthday. Just look up who had a 3:30 appointment and paid at 5 pm on Saturday, 5/6. That’s all the info you need. Imagine if I was 30 minutes late. My service would have been canceled and I would have gotten charged a late cancellation/no show fee. The amount of that fee should have been taken off of my bill now that I think of it. That would have been fair. Another point: insist the amount of that late cancellation fee is taken off your bill, if they do it to you. It is 1/3 of the amount of your service.

My husband and I had to drive 6 hours from home to make a hospital visit at Ottawa General. The night before we were due to return home our engine light started flashing.We called numerous Hyundai dealers to see if they could help and no one could. The front desk worker at the Rotel gave us this number confident that they could help. We were there 15 mins later and our engine was being checked. Staff was so nice to deal with and they went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend!

Es gibt nur eine einize große Maschine und diese ist ständig besetzt, ich wuste nichteinmal wie lange ein Waschgang dauert , es steht hier nirgends. Erst wen die Maschine angeht Die Hälfte der Maschinen funktioniert nicht einmal, nehmt euch lieber euer eigenes Waschpulver mit , den dieses hier ist verklumpt. Oder noch besser Wascht die Sachen zuhause per Hand , dies spart Zeit in Vergleich zu diesem Waschsalon
